The company Primoco Capital, s.r.o., with registered office at Výpadová 1563/29f, ZIP code: 153 00, Praha 5 - Radotín, ID: 230 93 391, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 421276, whose sole shareholder is Ladislav Semetkovský, announces that on the basis of the contract concluded on 25 March 2025 Ladislav Semetkovský provided Primoco Capital, s.r.o. a voluntary non-cash contribution outside the Company's share capital in the form of 2,373,290 registered ordinary shares in book-entry form, with a nominal value of CZK 1.00 per share, issued by Primoco UAV SE, which are owned by Ladislav Semetkovský.
